GES was contracted to install a heating plant room, that takes heating from district heating service pipe work into hydraulically separated heat exchanger and then supply heating via large air handling units and localised heating circuits.

Chilled Water plant and Plant Room was installed to feed cooling via air handling units. A separate cooling supply via hydraulically separated heat exchanger to MRI machine was also installed.

System included heating and cooling service, and domestic hot and cold water service.

GES also carried out hydrostatic pressure testing, pre-commission cleaning of pipe work and complete commissioning of heating and hot water services.
