GES was contracted to install a plant room that takes heating and chilling from district heating service pipe work into hydraulically separated heat exchanger, and then supply heating and cooling via a large air handling unit. System included heating, cooling, boosted cold water service and domestic hot water service.

GES also carried out hydrostatic pressure testing, pre-commission cleaning of pipe work and complete commissioning of heating and hot water services.
